extremely convenient for wandering the narrow streets. excellent quality
hotel, suite consisting of 2 double rooms, both with TV and computer games
for those who must, and clean, modern bathroom. staff helpful and efficient,
got wake-up call right on time, staff called taxi which arrived in minutes.

hotel...good value...friendly warm place. Rooms-fine, clean and with good
bathrooms. Nice and central to all the major attractions. Breakfast good. No
problems.
Nice enough lobby area with an open bar area abd restaurant.

Stayed
here for three nights mid May. Was pleasantly surprised at a lot of the
aspects of the hotel, bearing in mind the cheap price we got for a twin
room. Defiantly a hotel geared towards business visitors and as a result a
little soulless but breakfast was excellent, room clean and tidy and
location was good for the old town and the Guggenheim.

We got a
good deal to stay in this hotel. The location of this hotel is great. It is
a short distance from the train station, The Guggenheim museum and the
centre of town.
The hotel was very good in terms of the quality of the rooms. Everything was
very modern, clean and worked well. They did stuff up our booking by putting
us in a twin room rather than a double room. It also had a good breakfast
downstairs in the restaurant.
If it wasn't for the Guggenheim, Bilbao wouldn't have much to offer. It was
almost completely dead after dark and we struggled to find somewhere open to
eat at. I would recommend heading over to San Sebastian as soon as you have
seen the Guggenheim (which is brilliant) as there is more life in the town
and it has a great beach to swim at.
